PROCLAMATION.

By John Davies Ormond, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

BY virtue of the powers in me vested under "The Protection of Animals Act, 1873," I hereby proclaim and declare that the time in which cock-pheasants shall be open to be hunted, shot, taken, or killed within the Province of Hawke’s Bay, is hereby extended to the 31st July in the present year.

Given under my hand, at Napier, this 29th day of June, 1875.

Licenses to kill Game have been issued to the undermentioned persons, in accordance with the provisions of "The Protection of Animals Act, 1873."
