NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended to petition for leave to bring into the Provincial Council of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, at its next session, a Bill intituled “A Bill to Provide for the Management and Administration of a certain Reserve in the Town of Napier, formerly known as the Market Reserve.”

The general objects of the Bill are to provide that the rents henceforth to be received in respect of Town Section No. 603, on the Government plan of the Township of Napier, should in future be paid by the Treasurer of the Province to the Corporation of the Borough of Napier, and shall form part of the ordinary revenue of the said Corporation.

Dated this twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended to petition for leave to bring into the Provincial Council of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, at its next session, a Bill intituled “A Bill for Granting to the Municipal Corporation of the Borough of Napier Provincial License and Registration Fees as part of its Ordinary Revenue.”

The general objects of the Bill are to provide that all License and Registration Fees to become due and payable in respect of Auctioneers’ Licenses, Publicans’ Licenses, and for Registration of Dogs, within the Borough of Napier, shall in future form part of the ordinary revenue of the Corporation of the Borough of Napier.
