NOTICE.

LEASE OF WHARE-O-MARAENUI BLOCK.

Superintendent's Office,
Napier, May 21, 1875.

THE unsold portion of the above Block, better known as Torr's late paddock, will be leased by Public Auction on Wednesday, the 30th June next, at noon, at the Crown Lands Office, for a term of twelve months, at the upset price of £50, subject to conditions which can be ascertained at this office.

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by Clause 5 of the "Highways Act, 1871," I hereby call a Meeting of the Ratepayers of the Meanee and Taradale Road Board District, to be held at Mr. Vaughan's Hotel, on Thursday, the 27th inst., at 2 p.m. next ensuing.
