IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867."
Matthew Robertson Miller, Execution Creditor; and Herbert Thomas Halsey Knight, Execution Debtor.
To the above Debtor and to all persons whom it may concern.
TAKE NOTICE that, by virtue of Her Majesty’s writ to me directed in that behalf, I have levied upon and taken in execution at the suit of the above-named execution creditor. The equity of redemption of the execution debtor in the undermentioned freehold properties, viz.:
Firstly.—All that parcel of land containing two roods and twenty perches (more or less), being portion of suburban section No. 45, of the Town of Napier, and being also subdivisions Nos. P and Q, on a plan of the said section deposited in the Office of the Registrar of Deeds at Napier, aforesaid. Bounded on the North-East by subdivision R, 180 links; on the South-East by a private road, 24 links wide, 270 links; on the South-West by subdivision O, 270 links; and on the North-West by subdivisions U, V, and W., 300 links.
Secondly.—All that parcel of land containing 36 acres, 1 rood, 32 perches (more or less), being suburban sections Nos. 31 and 47 on the Government plan of Havelock.
Thirdly.—All that parcel of land containing 44 acres (more or less), being sections Nos. 22 and 23 on the Government plan at Pukahu.
Fourthly.—All that parcel of land containing 40 acres (more or less), being suburban section No. 5 on the Government plan of Havelock.
Fifthly.—All that portion of suburban section No. 4 on the Government plan of Havelock. Bounded towards the North-West by a Reserve and by Town Sections 23 and 24, 350 links; towards the North-East by suburban section 5, to a point where North side of roadway, marked in official map of Havelock, intersects the South-Western boundary of section 5; and towards the South-West by Northern side of said road.
Sixthly.—All that parcel of land containing 2 roods (more or less), being Town Section No. 5 on the Government plan of Havelock.
These Properties are subject to a mortgage, dated the 8th day of August, 1874, made between the said H. T. H. Knight of the one part, and the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited), of the other part, to secure payment of £2000 and interest, at 8 per cent. per annum.
And further take notice that I shall cause all such equity of redemption in the said parcels of lands respectively to be sold by Public Auction, at the Government Buildings, in Napier, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, to wit, on the fifteenth day of July now next, at twelve o’clock noon, unless the judgment debt mentioned in such writ be sooner paid.
And further take notice that George Edmund Lee, of Tennyson-street, Napier, is the Solicitor for the abovenamed execution Creditor.

MR. GEORGE LLOYD,
as Poundkeeper of the Waipukurau Pound,
