PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Session 12, No. 1, it is, amongst other things, enacted that the Superintendent may, from time to time, by Proclamation, appoint Pounds and Poundkeepers at such places as he may think fit, and at any time to annul such appointment and make others.

Now, therefore, I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby appoint

MR. H. BAKER

Poundkeeper of the Waipawa Pound, in place of Thomas Couper, resigned.

Given under my hand and seal of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, this 24th day of March, 1875.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Session 12, No. 1, it is amongst other things enacted that the Superintendent may, from time to time, by Proclamation, appoint Pounds and Poundkeepers at such places as he may think fit, and at any time to annul such appointment and make others.

Now, therefore, I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby rescind the Proclamation dated 11th February, 1873, appointing F. J. Sturley, Poundkeeper, and the Pound at the termination of Te Kapu Road, nearly opposite Clyde, Wairoa, a public pound, and do hereby proclaim that the yards annexed to the Riverside Hotel, North Bank of the Wairoa River, shall be a public pound, and do hereby appoint

WILLIAM MOLONEY

Poundkeeper of the said Pound.
