PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By John Davies Ormond, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me, I hereby notify for public information that the pieces or parcels of land situate on the reclaimed ground, Gough Island, and enumerated in the Schedule hereunder, will be offered for sale, by public auction, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, at the Office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Napier, on TUESDAY, the seventeenth day of January, 1875, at noon. A plan of the land can be seen at the Survey Office.
Dated at Napier this 24th day of October, 1874.
