All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereto annexed, are to be considered as Officially. Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim that a sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on THURSDAY, the 2nd day of April, 1874, at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed (except such as may be reserved under the provisions hereinafter mentioned), and which land has been duly classified by the Commissioner of the Crown Lands, under the provisions of “Hawke’s Bay Waste Lands Regulations Amendment Act, 1865,” as suitable for Special Settlements, will be put up to public auction at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule.

Dated at Napier this 2nd day of January, 1874.
