SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Circuit Sittings of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of civil and criminal business, will be helden at the Provincial Council Chamber, at Napier, on MONDAY, the 8th day of December, 1873, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; at which time and place all persons under recognizances as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Court, under the provisions of “The Bankruptcy Act, 1867,” “The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868,” and “The Bankruptcy Acts Amendment Act, 1870,” will be held in the Provincial Council Chamber, Napier, on THURSDAY, the 11th day of December, 1873, at half-past 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
