Mangateretere Ahere Te Koari R. D. Maney Mortgaged for £500. Mortgage foreclosed before expiration of term, or money paid. Begs matter be looked into.
Ohikakarewa Ahere Te Koari R. D. Maney Sold for £100; only received £30 and some goods.
Petane Ahere Te Koari R. D. Maney Mortgaged for £200; only received goods and £26 in money.
Raukawa (East) Maraea Heketa and 2 others Grantees Have received no share of money from grantees.
Waipukurau (Native Reserve) Hori Niania Te Aroatua H. R. Russel Agreement of sale not carried out. Begs matter be looked into.
Tarewa (Native Reserve) Hori Niania Te Aroatua Karaitiana Takamoana Karaitiana Takamoana has no claim in the Block. Reserve made by Government for Hori’s people. Wish matter looked into.
Huramua, Nos. 2 and 3, Wairoa Tiaki Kainga J. Carroll Begs matter looked into.
Ngatarawa Wi Te Ota and 8 others Hon. D. M’Lean Lease. Begs manner of receiving money for rent, and division thereof, be explained.
Mangaruhe (East and West, Wairoa) Hotene Makuru and 2 others Lessees Do not receive money for rent. Beg matter looked into.
Pakowhai (Wairoa) Tamihana Huata and 3 others Dr. Ormond Begs matter looked into.
Te Ranga Kerei Tanguru Government Begs matter looked into.
Ngatarawa Kerei Tanguru Grantees Receives no share in Grants. Begs matter looked into.
Tanenuiarangi (portion of Mangateretere West) Pititi F. Sutton Not willing that land should go. Begs matter be looked into.
Mangateretere (East) Wirihana Ponomai D. E. Lyndsay Mortgage. Have only received £5, 1 cart, some goods, sugar, a blanket, some shirts, tobacco, trousers, shoes, a cap, a coat, saddle, and 12 gallons grog.
Waikahu Paora Torotoro R. P. Giffard Begs matter looked into.
Tikokino Mita Karaka and Temuera Grantees Begs division of land and rent be looked into.
Te Ranga Renata Te Rewa Government Begs matter be looked into.
Kiwi (Wairoa) Erihi Whakina and 12 others William Couper Agreement of lease not carried out. Begs matter be looked into.
Whakaea (portion of Heretaonga) Renata Kawepo and Noa Huke R. D. Maney Begs transaction be looked into.
