PROCLAMATION.
By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province
of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands
of New Zealand.
I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that the land described in the annexed Schedules are reserved from Public Sale for public purposes, pursuant to the additional Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington, of the 15th February, 1855, from the day of the date hereof.

SCHEDULES.
PAKIAKA RURAL SECTIONS.
All those sections on the map of Pakiaka, called by the name of Pakiaka Rural Sections, and being the sections numbered 23, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40, on the said map, containing 985 acres.
TAUTANE BLOCK.
All that portion of the Tautane Block, starting from the north-eastern boundary line of the reserve for Quarantine Ground, at a point two miles forty chains north-west of the mouth of the Pakuku Creek; thence running northerly on a magnetic bearing of about 346 deg. 30 min., until it strikes the northern boundary line of the Tautane Block, following westerly along that boundary line until it meets the aforesaid north-eastern boundary line of the reserve for Quarantine Ground, and along the boundary line to the starting point, containing 9,700 acres.
