WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Circuit Sittings of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be holden at the Court House, Napier, on WEDNESDAY, the 2nd day of July, 1873, at Ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under Recognizances as Prosecutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Supreme Court will sit at Napier, in Banco, on SATURDAY, the 5th day of July, 1873, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Court under the provisions of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," will be held in the Court House, Napier, within the Judicial Wellington District of New Zealand, before ALEXANDER JAMES JOHNSTON, Esq., Judge of the Supreme Court, to whom the said District has been assigned, on FRIDAY, the 4th day of July, 1873, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
