ALL persons are cautioned against
cutting, splitting, or removing,
timber in or from any Government
bush, or the unsold sections of the
Pakiaka bush, as they will be liable to
prosecution for doing so.

has been appointed Schoolmistress to
Napier Girls' School, in place of Mrs.
Grant, who has resigned.

Lease of Whare-o-maruenui Block.

Superintendent's Office,
Napier, 7th June, 1873.

THE unsold portion of the above
block, better known as Torr's late
paddock, will be leased by public
auction, on MONDAY, the 30th June
instant, at the Crown Lands Office, at
noon, for the term of two years, at the
upset price of Β£50, subject to conditions
which can be ascertained at this office.
