PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by the "Public Reserve Act, 1854," I hereby notify for public information that all that piece or parcel of land enumerated in the Schedule hereinafter mentioned will be offered for Lease for a period of three years, by Public Auction, under the said Act, subject to the conditions hereinafter set out, at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, at Napier, on MONDAY, July 21, 1873.

I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby notify that the names of the Board of Wardens and Chairman elected under the provisions of the "Highways Act, 1871," of the West Waipawa District, are as under:

Chairman β€” Alexander Todd.

Wardens β€” William Rathbone, Edward Collins, Benjamin Waldron, George Gregory, and Alexander Todd.
