All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION.
By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay aforesaid, do hereby proclaim and notify that the land described in the annexed Schedule is reserved from public sale for public purposes, pursuant to the Additional Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington, of the 15th February, 1855, from the day of the date hereof.
Dated this 5th day of May, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

SCHEDULE.
All that land in the Puketapu District (not included in the reserve proclaimed on the 19th June, 1872), and situate between the Meanee District and the Ahuriri Harbor, excepting thereout such portions as have been already sold prior to the date of this proclamation.
