IN THE SUPREME COURT OF

NEW ZEALAND,

WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867."

William Ellison, Execution Creditor;
and
Hoani Waikato, Execution Debtor.

THE Undersigned, do hereby give notice that by virtue of Her Majesty’s Writ, directed to the Sheriff of the District of Hawke’s Bay in that behalf, I have levied upon, and taken in execution, at the suit of the abovenamed Execution Creditor—

All that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, containing, by admeasurement, 51 acres, more or less, and being called and known as Kakewahine Block No. 1x, bounded towards the North by the Roto-a-Kiwa Block, 1499 links, and other portion of the Kakewahine Block No. 1x, 890 links; towards the East by the Te Aute Road 1035 links, and other portion of the Kakewahine Block No. 1x, 459 links and 490 links; towards the South by the Piharona Block, 1928 links and 2530 links; and towards the North-West by the Rakau-omokai Block, 261 links, 1250 links, and 790 links.

And I further give notice that I shall sell or cause to be sold all the Estate and Interest of the said Execution Debtor, in the before mentioned parcel of land, by Public Auction, in the Supreme Court Office in Napier, in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, to wit on the 12th day of June next, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said Judgment, and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto.

And I further give notice that Mr. Arthur Lascelles, of Napier aforesaid, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditor herein.
