IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867"
William Ellison, Execution Creditor;
and
Paora Ropiha and Wi Patene, Execution Debtors.
THE Undersigned, do hereby give notice that by virtue of Her Majesty's Writ, directed to the Sheriff of the District of Hawke's Bay in that behalf, I have levied upon, and taken in execution, at the suit of the abovenamed Execution Creditor,
All that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Province of Hawke's Bay, containing, by admeasurement, six hundred and seventy-five acres more or less, and being called and known as Eparaima East, bounded towards the North by Crown Land, six thousand nine hundred and fifty-five links; towards the East by bush and lines, one thousand and sixty links, and two thousand and seventy links; towards the South-East by bush, five thousand and six hundred links; towards the South by bush, two thousand two hundred and seventy links; towards the West by lines, one thousand four hundred and ninety links, nine hundred and eighty links, one thousand six hundred and twenty links, one thousand two hundred and fifty links, seven hundred and fifty links, eight hundred and thirty links, and seventy links; and towards the West by Taumata Koetai stream and Ihua Toki Toki stream.
And I further give notice that I shall sell or cause to be sold all the Estate and Interest of the said Execution Debtors, in the before mentioned parcel of land, by Public Auction, in the Supreme Court Office in Napier, in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, to wit on the 28th day of May next, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said Judgment, and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto.
And I further give notice that Mr. A. Lascelles, of Napier, aforesaid, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditor herein.

A portion of the above property (121 acres) is subject to a lease of 21 years from 17th January, 1870. Rent, £5 per annum, payable yearly on 31st December.
