All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq.,
Superintendent of the Province
of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of
New Zealand.

WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Session 12, No. 1, it is amongst other things enacted that the Superintendent may from time to time, by Proclamation, appoint Pounds and Poundkeepers at such places as he may think fit, and at any time to annul such appointment and make others.

Now, therefore, I, John Davies Ormond, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby appoint

F. J. STURLEY

Poundkeeper of the Public Pound, situate at the termination of Te Kapu Road, nearly opposite Clyde, Wairoa.

Given under my hand and seal of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, this 11th day of February, 1873.

PROCLAMATION.

Superintendent of the Province
of Hawke’s Bay, in the Colony of
New Zealand.

I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Colony of New Zealand, by virtue of the powers vested in me by and under an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled “The Public Health Act, 1872,” do hereby proclaim and notify that the first meeting of “The Central Board of Health for the Province of Hawke’s Bay” shall take place at 3 o’clock p.m. on MONDAY, the seventeenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, at the Council Library, in the Provincial Buildings, at Napier.

Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, at Napier, this 11th day of February, 1873.
