has been appointed Inspector of Sheep, &c., as second Assistant for the Province of Hawke’s Bay, appointment to date from 11th inst.

PROCLAMATION.

Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim that a sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on THURSDAY, the 20th day of March, 1873, at noon precisely, when the Allotments of Land specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed (except such as may be reserved under the provision herein-after mentioned), and which land has been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands as being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to public auction at the upset price of five shillings an acre, in accord...
