NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Court, under the provisions of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and "The Bankruptcy Acts Amendment Act, 1870," will be held in the Provincial Council Chamber, Napier, on MONDAY, the 24th day of June, 1872, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

Notice — which time and place all persons under recognizances as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.


JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby notify that the names of the Board of Wardens and Chairman elected under the provisions of the "Highways Act, 1871," of the Havelock District, are as under:

Chairman — John Garry.

Wardens — John Chambers, William Couper, Thomas Gilpin, James Boyle, and John Garry.

Wardens — Messrs. Edward Collins, Charles Clark, John Knight, Edward Watts, and Robert Stokes.
