SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTOY

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Court, under the provisions of The Bankruptcy Act, 1867, The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868, and The Bankruptcy Acts Amendment Act, 1870, will be held in the Provincial Council Chamber, Napier, on MONDAY, the 17th day of June, 1872, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby notify that the names of the Board of Wardens and Chairman, elected under the provisions of the Highways Act, 1871, of the Pukahu District, are as under:—

Wardens—Messrs. William Orr, William Chrystall, John Joll, David Fleming, and Purvis Russell.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Circuit Sittings of the Supreme Court for the despatch of civil and criminal business will be holden at the Provincial Council Chamber, at Napier, on MONDAY, the 10th day of June, 1872, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizances as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.

THE undermentioned Deeds of Grant, having been duly executed, are now ready for delivery at this office, under the authority of the Crown Grants Act, 1866.
