PROCLAMATION.

Superintendent of the Province of
Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of
New Zealand.
JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Super-
intendent of the Province of Hawke’s
Bay, do hereby proclaim that on
WEDNESDAY, the nineteenth day of
June, 1872, immediately after the Sale of
Five Shilling Land, the Commissioner of
Crown Lands will offer to public competi-
tion, under the provisions of the Land
Regulations, now in force in this Province,
Suburban Sections in the Township of
Hampden, and Rural Sections in the
Eparaima Bush, that are referred to in
the Schedule hereunto annexed, and at
the upset price mentioned therein.

Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of
New Zealand.
JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Super-
intendent of the Province of Hawke’s
Bay, by virtue of the powers given by the
“Lunatics Act, 1868,” and the delegation
of the same powers to me by His Excel-
lency the Governor, do hereby appoint
Henry Bowman Swayne, Esq.,
of Napier, Inspector of Asylums, Hospi-
tals, and Licensed Houses, under the said
Act, to assign to him the Province of
Hawke’s Bay as his District.
Given under my hand and the seal of
the said Province, at Napier, this
27th day of April, 1872.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW
ZEALAND.
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of the Execution of Judg-
ment against “Real Estate Act, 1867.”
Between Tareha Moananui, Paora Tareto-
to, and Te Waka Kawatini, plaintiffs,
and Robert Cashmore, defendant.
HEREBY give notice that, by virtue
of Her Majesty’s Writ to me directed
in the above cause, I have caused my
bailiff to enter upon the lands hereunder
described.
All the undivided part share Estate and
interest of the said plaintiffs, Paora Tare-
to, of and in all that Block of Land,
containing 764 acres, more or less, and
known as Waikahu, 20 N, bounded towards
the South by a line, 550 links, from Te
Karaka to To Whangaroa; towards the
West by a line, 11,200 links, to Kara-
wahine on the Tovera stream; towards
the North by the Waitangi river, and to-
wards the East by the Ngaruroro river.
And also all the undivided part share
Estate and interest of the abovenamed
plaintiff, Tareha Moananui, of and in all
that Parcel of Land, containing 1263 acres
more or less, called or known as Manga-
teretere West, andnumbered 8 N, bounded
towards the South, the West, and North-
west, by the Ngaruroro River, towards
the North-east by the Hikutoto Block
3850 links, and towards the East by the
Mangateretere East Block 2141 links, 4550
links, 883 links, and 5785 links; subject,
nevertheless, to all agreements, if any, en-
tered into between the said Tareha Moa-
nanui of the one part, and Donald M’Lean
of the other part; and that I shall sell, or
cause to be sold, the abovementioned un-
divided parts or shares of, and in, the said
blocks of land, at the Supreme Court
Office, at Napier, in the Province of
Hawke’s Bay, after the expiration of three
calendar months from the date of the pub-
lication hereof, to wit, on the 7th day of
August, 1872, at the hour of noon, unless
satisfaction be sooner made of the said
judgment, and all further costs and ex-
penses connected therewith or incidental
thereto.
And I further give notice that JOHN
NATHANIEL WILSON, of Shakespeare-road,
Napier, is the Solicitor for the Execution
Creditor herein.

NOTICE
IT is hereby notified that the Sections
specified in the annexed Schedule,
situate in the Papakura Block, will be
offered for sale on THURSDAY, the 6th
day of June, 1872, at the Crown Lands
Office, Napier, at the upset price men-
tioned therein.
