IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867."
Robert France, Execution Creditor;
and
August Carl Ferdinand Kœhl, Execution Debtor.
THE Undersigned, do hereby give notice that by virtue of Her Majesty's Writ, directed to the Sheriff of the District of Hawke's Bay in that behalf, I have levied upon, and taken in execution, at the suit of the abovementioned Execution Creditor—
All that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Province of Hawke's Bay, containing, by admeasurement, ten acres more or less, and being block numbered ninety-four on the Government plan of the Puketapu District, bounded towards the North by section number one, Ahuriri Harbour, and by a Salt Water Creek; on the East by a Salt Water Creek; on the South by Suburban Section number forty, Meanee, and by a Salt Water Creek; and on the West by a Salt Water Creek.
And I further give notice that I shall sell or cause to be sold all the Estate and Interest of the said Execution Debtor, in the before mentioned parcel of land, by Public Auction, in the Supreme Court Office in Napier, in the Province of Hawke's Bay, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, to wit on the 25th day of March next, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said Judgment, and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto.
And I further give notice that Mr. John Nathaniel Wilson, of Shakespeare-road, Napier, aforesaid, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditor herein.
Given under my hand, at Napier, this 21st day of December, 1872.
