WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867."

Frederick Martin Chapman, Execution Creditor; and
Urupene Puhara, Execution Debtor.

THE Undersigned, do hereby give notice that by virtue of Her Majesty’s Writ, directed to the Sheriff of the District of Hawke’s Bay in that behalf, I have levied upon, and taken in execution, at the suit of the abovenamed Execution Creditor:

All that the one undivided 10th part and share, equal or otherwise of him the abovenamed Execution Debtor, as tenant in common, in fee simple, of, in, and to all that piece or parcel of land situate in the said Province of Hawke’s Bay, containing by admeasurement 4,370 acres (more or less), and being known by the name of Peka Peka, No. 2, and numbered 65N.

Bounded towards the North by the Peka Peka No. 1 Block, 11,250 links, towards the North-West by a swamp and the Awanui stream; towards the East by the Te Aute Road, and by a swamp, and by the Poukawa Creek to Totara; towards the South-West by lines, 510 links, 2,772 links, and 13,210 links; towards the South by a line, 3,300 links, to Te Whanga-utu-Huki, and thence towards the West by the Mangaroa Block, 9,582 links, 5,000 links, and 5,760 links to the commencing point at Ngatarawa.

And I further give notice that I shall sell or cause to be sold all such Estate and interest of the said Execution Debtor in the before-mentioned Parcel of Land, by Public Auction, at the Supreme Court Office, in Napier, in the said Province of Hawke’s Bay, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, to wit, on the 28th day of January next, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment, and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto.

And I further give notice that Mr. George Edmund Lee, of Hastings-street, Napier, aforesaid, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditor herein.

Given under my hand at Napier, this 23rd day of October, 1872.
