JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby notify that the names of the Board of Wardens and Chairman elected under the provisions of the “Highways Act, 1871,” of the West Kaikora District, are as under.
Chairman—Robert Stokes, Esq.
Wardens — Messrs. Edward Collins, Charles Clark, J. Stokes, Edward Watts, and Robert Stokes.

NOTICE is hereby given that the adjourned Circuit Sittings of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of civil and criminal business, will be holden at the Provincial Council Chamber, at Napier, on MONDAY, the 12th day of August, 1872, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizances as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
