All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay aforesaid, do hereby proclaim and notify that the lands described in the annexed Schedule are reserved from Public Sale for public purposes, in pursuance of the Land Regulations in force in the Province of Hawke’s Bay from the day of the date hereof.

Dated this 2nd day of July, in the year of Our Lord, 1872.

SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, known as the Whangawehi, Block No. 2, containing by admeasurement 1112 acres, more or less, bounded to the North by the sea, and the Whangawehi, Block No. 1; to the East by the sea, and the Nukutaurua Block; to the South by the Te Tawepata Block; to the West by the Te Tawepata Block and the Whangawehi Block, No. 1.
