All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION.
By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay aforesaid, do hereby proclaim and notify that the lands described in the annexed Schedule are reserved from Public Sale for public purposes, pursuant to the additional land regulations of the Province of Wellington, of the 15th February, 1855, from the day of the date hereof.

SCHEDULES.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Puketapu District, Province of Hawke’s Bay, containing 90 acres, more or less, commencing at the junction of the Purimu Creek with the Tutaekuri, following along the western bank of the Purimu Creek to the north-western boundary of Block No. 47, Puketapu District, following along that boundary to the northern boundary of Block No. 96, thence along the northern and western boundaries of that block, and the western boundary of Block No. 47 to the northern boundary of Block No. 95; thence along the northern and eastern boundaries of that block to the creek dividing said block from Block No. 48; thence following down that creek to its junction with the Ahuriri lake, following thence along high water mark easterly and northerly to the starting point at the mouth of the Purimu Creek.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Ruataniwha District, Province of Hawke’s Bay, containing 51,000 acres more or less, bounded to the north by the Tuki Tuki River, to the east by the line of purchased lands between the rivers Tuki Tuki and Makaretu, to the south by the river Makaretu, to the west by the boundary of the province of Hawke’s Bay at the crest of the Ruahine range.
All that piece or parcel of land in the Ruataniwha District, Province of Hawke’s Bay, containing 48,000 acres more or less, bounded to the North by the Manga-Mauku Stream; to the East by the line of purchased lands in the Ruataniwha District, between the Manga-Mauku and the Tuki Tuki; to the South by the Tuki Tuki River; to the West by the boundary of the Province of Hawke’s Bay at the crest of the Ruahine Range.
