PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Esq., Super-
intendent of the Province of Hawke’s
Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers
vested in me by the “Educational
Reserves Act, 1861,” and the “Reserves
Administration Act, 1864,” of the Province
of Hawke’s Bay, I hereby notify for public
information, that those pieces or parcels of
land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder
mentioned will be offered for lease for a
period of fourteen years by public auction
under the said Act, at the office of the
Commissioner of Crown Lands, Napier, on
TUESDAY, the 1st day of August, 1871,
at noon, where the conditions upon which
the same will be leased can be seen.
Dated at Napier, this 29th day of June,
1871.
