NOTICE is hereby given that the Circuit Sittings of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Civil and Criminal Business, will be holden at the Provincial Council Chamber, at Napier, on TUESDAY, the 9th day of May, 1871, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizance as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
