IT is notified that should either of the Sections 53, 54, or 55, Pukahu, be purchased by parties, other than the owners of Sections Nos. 20, 19, and 18, respectively, a right of way, will be reserved, half-a-chain wide, to either or each of such Sections.

I, JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby notify that the names of the Board of Wardens and Chairman elected under the provisions of the District Highways Act, 1856, of the Turiroa District, are as under.

CHAIRMAN—John D. Powdrell.

WARDENS—William Maloney, Joseph Powdrell, Terance McAnanama, Stephen Thorpe, Samuel Powdrell, Richard Neagle, John D. Powdrell.
