NOTICE.

Superintendent’s Office,
Napier, October 26, 1870.

FOOTPATHS, NAPIER.

IN pursuance of the powers in me vested, I hereby give notice that from and after the date of the publication hereof, all the footpaths in the Town of Napier which shall be well and sufficiently made and completed, for the use and accommodation of foot passengers, shall be deemed and taken to be public footpaths within the meaning of the “Footpaths Ordinance” No. 12, Session 8, of the Legislative Council of New Zealand.

Given under my hand this 26th day of October, 1870.
