IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
WELLINGTON DISTRICT.
In the matter of The Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1867.
Between James Wood and William Miller,
Execution Creditors, and August Carl Ferdinand Koch, Execution Debtor.
I HEREBY give notice that, by virtue of her Majesty’s Writ to me directed in that behalf, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon the parcel of land hereinafter described, namely,—
All that parcel of Land situate at or near Napier, in the Province of Hawke’s Bay, containing by admeasurement seventy acres, more or less, being an Island in Napier Harbour, called or known by the name of Te Roro-o-Kuri, and numbered 12N, bounded on all sides by high water line on the shore of the said Island.
And I hereby give further notice that such land has been taken in execution at the suit of the above-named Execution Creditors; and that the nature of the estate or interest of the above-named Execution Debtor in the said parcel of land intended to be sold is his fee-simple therein; and that I shall cause the said parcel of land to be sold after the expiration of three calendar months hereof, to wit, on the fifth day of December next, at the Supreme Court Office, at Napier, unless the judgment debt mentioned in such Writ, and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto be sooner paid.
And I further give notice that George Edmund Lee, of Hastings street, Napier, is the Solicitor for the Execution Creditors herein.
