WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Execution of Judg-
ment against "Real Estate Act, 1867."

Between David Earl Lindsay, plaintiff;
and Meihana Taikihi, defendant.

HEREBY give notice that, by virtue of
Her Majesty’s writ, to me directed in
the above cause, I have caused my bailiff
to enter upon the Lands hereunder de-
scribed:—

All the Estate and Interest of the said
defendant in all that parcel of land, contain-
ing, by admeasurement, 5375 acres, more
or less, situate at Ngatarawa, in the dis-
trict of Ahuriri, being called or known by
the name of Ngatarawa Block, No. 5, and
numbered 350, bounded towards the north-
east by the Ngatarawa No. 4 block, 15,154
links, towards the south-east by the Nga-
tarawa block, 2752 links, 6750 links, 22,700
links, and towards the south and west by
Awa Paratua river to the commencing
point; subject, however, to a deed of mort-
gage, dated the twelfth day of November,
1869, and made between the said defendant
and other Grantees of the one part, and
Donald M’Lean of the other part, to secure
the sum of £400 and interest after the rate
of £10 per cent. per annum, and further
advances.

Also all the estate and interest of
the said defendant of and in all that piece
or parcel of land, containing, by admeasure-
ment, 673 acres and 2 roods, more or loss,
bounded on the north by the Totara and
Waitangi Creeks, and on the west by na-
tive land, 11,200 links, on the south by
native land, 550 links, and on the south-
east and east by the Ngarurooro River, and
by the public road leading from Napier to
West Clive.

Subject, however, to a Deed of Lease,
dated the 25th day of March, 1868, made
between the said defendant and other
Grantees of the one part, and William and
Henry Parker of the other part, for the
term of 21 years, computed from the 1st
day of January, 1867; and that I shall sell,
or cause to be sold, the above-mentioned
parcels of land, at the Supreme Court
Office, at Napier, in the Province of
Hawke’s Bay, after the expiration of three
calendar months from the date of publica-
tion hereof, to wit on the 9th day of No-
vember, 1870, at the hour of noon, unless
satisfaction be sooner made of the said
judgment, and all further costs and ex-
penses connected therewith or incidental thereto.

And I further give notice that Joshua
Cuff and Silas James Stephenson, of Tenby-
son-street, Napier, are the Solicitors for
the execution creditor herein.

Given under my hand, at Napier, this
third day of August, 1870.
