All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town and Suburban Sections at Mahia and Clyde, Wairoa, also South Suburban Section No 4, Havelock, proclaimed in the Hawke's Bay Gazette No. 6, dated the 22nd February, 1868, to be sold by public auction on the 27th May, 1868, are, with the exception of Town Section No. 333 and Suburban Sections Nos. 845, 846, and 847, Clyde, Wairoa, withdrawn from sale; and also that the Agricultural Sections Nos. 15 and 16, Clyde, Wairoa, and No. 29, Turiroa, proclaimed in the same Gazette, to be thrown open for selection on the 28th May, 1868, are also withdrawn from sale.
