petitioner be sequestrated in the hands of
Edward Lyndon of Napier in the Province
of Hawke’s Bay auctioneer; and that the
said petitioner do come up for hearing be-
fore His Honor Mr Justice Johnston at
the Supreme Court House Napier on the
first practicable sittings of the said Court
at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon
and that a meeting of Creditors of the said
petitioner be held at a time and place to
be fixed by the Registrar of the Supreme
Court at Hawke’s Bay for the purpose of
recommending Trustees of the said Estate
and the mode of winding up the said Es-
tate and to report to this Honorable Court
whether the Creditors recommend that the
said Debtor should obtain his final discharge
without reference to the amount of his
Estate. And it is further ordered that
until the hearing of the said petition the
said petitioner be protected from arrest
except in such cases as would render him
liable to arrest or mesne process by the
order of a Judge of this Court or of a Re-
gistrar of this Court in the absence of a
Judge thereof until further order of this
Honorable Court.
