PROCLAMATION.
By DONALD M’LEAN, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation under my hand and dated the thirty-first day of January, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by the “Educational Reserves Act, 1861,” and the “Reserves Administration Act, 1864,” of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, I did notify that all those parcels of Land enumerated in the Schedule thereunder mentioned would be offered for lease for a period of twenty-one years, subject to certain conditions thereafter set out, at Napier, on the eighth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six:
And whereas, by reason of an informality in the said Proclamation, it is expedient to annul and make void the same.
Now, therefore, I, the said Donald M’Lean, Superintendent as aforesaid, by virtue and in exercise of all powers in any wise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby revoke and annul the said Proclamation, and declare that the same shall be null and void to all intents and purposes whatsoever.
Given under my hand and under the seal of the said Province, at Napier, this ninth day of March, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
