Napier, October 11, 1866.

BY VIRTUE and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me, I, George Stoddart Whitmore, Lieutenant-Colonel, the Officer Commanding the Napier Militia District, do hereby CALL OUT for actual service all such men of the first and second classes of the Napier Regiment of Militia, as are resident within the Districts assigned to Companies Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4. And also the men belonging to Captain Buchanan's Napier Company of Volunteers.
