In pursuance of the authority vested in me, I, Joseph Rhodes, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, Do hereby Notify and Proclaim that certain Sections of Land in the West Clive Suburban Block, formerly called the Hikutotu Block contained in the undermentioned Schedule, will be Sold by Auction, in the Council Chamber, Napier, at 11 o'clock on WEDNESDAY, the 29th August, 1866, subject to the Conditions hereinafter stated.
