ENQUIRIES having been made respecting a person named Henry Scott Blanchard, as described below, any one who can give any information concerning such a person is requested to communicate the same to this Office.

  2. If known by any other name, state the same — Not known.
  3. Trade or occupation — Farm labourer.
  4. General personal appearance — Do not know; went to sea when a boy.
  5. Usual residence before coming to the Colony — Hull Yorkshire.
  6. Age — 22 years last February.
  7. If married or single — Single.
  8. Name of the Ship in which he emigrated, date of her departure, and from whence she sailed — Do not know; he ran away, when a boy, in 1859.
  9. When last heard of, and at what place — March 2nd, 1865, Arapawanui, Napier, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
  10. Any other information which might facilitate the identification of the missing person.
