PROCLAMATION.

By DONALD M’LEAN, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Do hereby Proclaim and Notify that at Noon on WEDNESDAY, the 17th day of January, 1866, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to Public competition, under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force in this Province, Town and Suburban Sections at Clyde (on the Wairoa River) that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein.

Dated at Napier, this 12th day of October, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
