HAWKE'S BAY GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereto annexed,
are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be
obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION.

By Donald M'Lean, Esq., Superintendent
of the Province of Hawke's Bay aforesaid, do hereby proclaim and notify that
the land described in the annexed Schedule
is reserved from Public Sale for public
purposes under the additional Land Regu-
lations of the Province of Wellington, of
the 15th February, 1855, from the day of
the date hereof.

Dated this third day of June, in the
year of our Lord, One thousand
eight hundred and sixty-five:

SCHEDULE.

Boundaries of Sections Nos. 118 and 119,
Pohui Bush, reserved from sale for Public Purposes—containing 78 acres, more
or less:—

Bounded towards the North by Section No.
128, 1600 links; towards the North-East
by Section No. 117, 3300 links; towards
the South-East by a Ravine; towards the
South-West by Section No. 120, 3100
links.

Boundaries of Sections Nos. 16 and 25,
Kereru Bush, reserved from sale for
Public Purposes—containing 60 acres,
more or less:—

Bounded towards the North by Sections Nos.
17 and 26, 5600 links; towards the East
by a Public Road, 100 links; towards the
South-East, the property of G. G. Car-
lyon, Esq., 1900 links; towards the South
by Section No. 15, 3800 links; and to-
wards the West by the Poporengi Stream.

Boundaries of Sections Nos. 34 and 35,
Kereru Bush, reserved from sale for
Public Purposes—containing 40 acres:

Bounded towards the North-East by Section
No. 36, 2500 links; towards the South-
East by the property of H. A. Duff, Esq.,
1600 links; towards the South-West by
Section No. 33, 2500 links; and towards
the North-West by a Public Road, 1600
links.

Boundaries of Section No. 33, Eparaima,
reserved from sale for Public Purposes
—containing 23 acres and 3 roods, more
or less:—

Bounded towards the North by the Hua-
tukituki Stream; towards the East by
Section No. 34, 2600 links; towards the
South by the property of G. Hunter, Esq.,
650 links, and Section No. 23, 350 links;
and towards the West by Section No. 32,
3850 links.
