All public notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereto annexed, are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to be obeyed accordingly.

PROCLAMATION

By DONALD M’LEAN, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, DONALD M’LEAN, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Do Hereby Proclaim that a Sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on SATURDAY, the 5th day of November, 1864, at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and which has been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, on the application of intending purchasers, as being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to Public Auction at the upset price of 5s. per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4th March, 1853, and the Additional Regulations for the amendment and extension of the said Regulations, recommended by the Superintendent and the Council for the Province of Wellington, Session 2, to the Governor.

Dated this 3rd day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
