All public Notifications which appear in this Gazette, with any Official Signature thereunto annexed,
are to be considered as Official Communications made to those persons to whom they relate, and are to
be obeyed accordingly.

PUBLICATION.
IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for general information that, under the Provisions of
the 29th Clause of the Marine Boards Act, 1863, I HEREBY DECLARE that all
Vessels making use of the Government Wharf, at the Port of Napier, shall do so
subject to the discretion of the Pilot, who shall from time to time direct their removal
or otherwise, as he shall deem fit.
