BY virtue of the Powers vested in me by “The Supreme Court Amendment Act 1862,” I hereby fix and appoint a minor Jury Sittings under the Provisions of the said Act, to be held at the Court House in Napier, within the Judicial Middle District of New Zealand, on Thursday, the sixth day of August next, at ten o’clock of the forenoon.
