I HEREBY certify that the foregoing is a correct statement of the Receipts and Expenditure of the Public Revenue of the Province of Hawke’s Bay for the Period from the first October to the thirty-first December, 1862; and that the following are the amounts spent up to the latter date without authority of the Appropriation Act, viz.:—
