MIDDLE DISTRICT.
A SITTING of this Court will be held at the Provincial Council Chamber, on MONDAY, the SIXTH day of OCTOBER next,
for hearing the petition of Alexander Joseph Devereux, late of Waipawa, Butcher, now a prisoner for Debt in the Common Gaol at Napier, under the provisions of the Imprisonment for Debt Ordinance, of New Zealand, Session III, No. 7, and for the despatch of all Business arising under the provisions of this Ordinance.
