THE following Tenders—Metalling 20 chains Havelock Road; making 40 chains on Mohaka Flat; and metalling 13 chains of Waghorn-street—are published for general information.

TENDERS ACCEPTED.

Metalling 20 chains Havelock Road—Mr. C. Muller, at the rate of £3 14s. 11d. per chain

Making 40 chains on Mohaka Flat—Mr. J. Wishart, at the rate of £3 18s. 6d. per chain.

Metalling 13 chains of Waghorn-street—Mr. Peter Searles, at the rate of £9 10s. per chain.

TENDERS REJECTED.

Metalling 20 chains Havelock Road—Messrs. J. and W. P. Anderson, at the rate of £3 19s. per chain.

Making 40 chains on Mohaka Flat—Mr. R. Murray, for the sum of £155.

Metalling 13 chains of Waghorn-street—Mr. J. Lingard, at the rate of £3 10s. per chain; Messrs. Ekholm and Lound, at the rate of £9 19s. 9d. per chain.

ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 55, under the list of new Electoral Polling Places, Napier Country District—for Mr. Gray\'s House, Paketapu, read Pekapeka.
