TENDER ACCEPTED.
Building a Boat-shed—Mr. Charles M\'Intyre, for the sum of £48.

TENDERS REJECTED.
Building a Boat-shed—T. Shepherd, for the sum of £37; J. LeQuesne, for the sum of £59; W. Smith, for the sum of £66 15s.; Patrick M\'Sweeny, for the sum of £75.

PURSUANT to instructions received from the General Government, and the substitution of a fresh Warrant and Regulations under the "Deceased Cattle Act, 1861," in lieu of those notified in the Provincial Government Gazette of the 14th Oct., 1861, No. 56, the Proclamation by His Excellency the Governor, Warrant and Regulations under the said Act, are published for general information.
