THE following Tenders—Supplying the Dredge with Coals; erecting new Gaol at Napier; Discharging Punts, and Piling on Gough Island,—are published for general information :

Tenders Accepted.

Supplying the Dredge with Coals—
Mr. Samuel Begg, at the rate of £2 18s. 6d. per ton.

Erecting New Gaol at Napier—
Mr. W. Miller, for the sum of £1050.

Discharging Punts—Mr. Michael Mullany, at the following rates :—
Mr. Heydn\'s, including sections Nos. 463 to 479 inclusive, 10s. 6d. per punt.
And from above sections to 482 and 484 inclusive, 14s. 6d. per punt.

Piling on Gough Island—Mr. John Thompson, for the sum of £260.

Tenders Rejected.

Erecting Gaol at Napier—
Mr. Trestrail, for the sum of £1234.
Mr. M\'Sweeney, for the sum of £1070.

Discharging Punts—Messrs. M\'Roberts & Kraeft, at the following rates :
Between Heydn\'s & Vautier\'s, 11s. 6d. per punt.
Sections above, 15s. per punt.

Supplying the Dredge with Coals—
Mr. T. H. FitzGerald, at the rate of £3 2s. 11d. per ton.
Messrs. Maltby & Co., at the rate of £3 8s. 6d. per ton.

In the Estate of Carl Unmack, of Napier, Deceased, Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the abovenamed Intestate are, on or before the 6th day of November next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, at his office in the Court House, Wellington; or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Robert Riddell, the Honorable Herman Stapleton, and Walter Riddell, of Mohaka, in the Province of Hawke\'s Bay, Sheep-farmers, was by mutual consent dissolved as from the 2nd day of August last: the said Herman Stapleton having retired from the said Partnership.
