IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for
general information that a Writ for
the Election of one Member to serve
in the Provincial Council of Hawke\'s
Bay for the Mohaka District having
been issued, in accordance with clause
12 of \"An Act to grant a Representative
Constitution to the Colony of New
Zealand,\" the Returning Officer has
returned the said Writ with a certifi-
cate that the undermentioned gentle-
man has been duly elected to serve as
a Member of the said Provincial Coun-
cil for the said Mohaka district—
