NORTH PORANGAHAU BLOCK.
Estimated Area—110,000 Acres.
BOUNDARIES.
Commencing at the mouth of the Waika-
raka, following up that stream to the
Southern boundary of the Hapuku
Block; thence following the boun-
darp line to Pa-o-te-rangitohia;
thence it runs to Otakoha, and follows
the stream to the Pou-a-tapatu;
thence it runs to the Ngutumara as
far as Tutea-o-kahutia; thence to the
Manga-a-te-Waiora; thence to the
Roupi, and follows the course of the
Waikapiro to the Manga-a-purakau,
and down that stream to Pukanohi,
where it runs into the Whangai, and
so on to Mangapuaka, and following
that stream to Poutini; thence to
Mangawhero, following that stream to
Taurekaitai, and down the Taurekai-
tai to the boundary of Agricultural
Reserve at Porangahau; thence fol-
lowing that Reserve to Porangahau
River; and thence by the Sea Beach
to the Waikaraka.
Saving and excepting the Native Re-
serves at Eparaima, the Huatokitoki Bush,
and 40 chains on each side of the main
line of road from Waipukurau to Black
Head.
Those sections lying between the Agri-
cultural Reserve and Black Head will be
subdivided if required.
